In 2023, Let's Cease and Desist With Distractions!

Image
Well, hello, Evolver! In just five more days, we'll be in another new year! That's right, 2023 is finally here, and if you're like me, you're wondering, "Wow, time sure does fly by!" I'm happy to inform you that, after a lot of thought and deliberation, I've already claimed my theme for the new year! It's "Doing Me In 23!" and let me tell you why. My new theme for 2023 is not one I came up with to be selfish or pompous. No, it's quite the opposite. I have a lot going on, and I know that the only way I can make any of it work is if, and only if, I take charge of me. I must operate fully pumped at a 100%! And it's up to me to ensure I'm operating in an optimal state of mind, body, and spirit as often as I can. You see, I want to make sure I'm fully present in every moment I experience and create. And I want that very same thing for you, Evolver! After all, how can we truly be present for one another if we're no...

Image
Hey there, Evolver! It's so nice to catch up with you again, especially since the end-of-year holidays for 2022 are already here! Time certainly flies by. But even though this year has quickly begun transitioning out, I've still been having some wonderful thoughts about how I can help where needed. So here is a new blog post! Enjoy! But then, being the hardcore realist I am, I quickly come to grips with the fact that many people don't fair so well during the holidays. One word then pops into my mind, depression. I think about so many people suffering through the holidays with tears instead of smiles. So, this blog post is for those pe...

My Brand Coaching: Why It Works . . .

Image
Hi Evolver, I’m a firm believer and enforcer of the idea that we should treasure and safeguard our time while letting no one else or nothing stand in our way of being as productive as possible. So, when it comes to life coaching, I honor my clients with the same mentality. During each session, it becomes my duty to stand by each of my client’s sides, to help them clarify their objectives, to discuss with them pertinent facts and details that mean the most for them, and to help them establish commitments for activities that give them the gains they seek. My latest coaching term was no exception. I worked through every session with my client, always keeping in mind the vision we established in the very beginning. We stayed on task, on topic, and committed to being action oriented. In our sessions, we experienced “Ah hah!” moments that invigorated us! We uncovered so many insights that we put i...
